Our goal is to provide you with high-quality truck parts, delivered quickly to your door, with the same outstanding service that has kept our business growing for more than 30 years.
If you feel that we did not meet your expectation of excellent service, let us know! We love to hear from our customers and strive to improve where ever we can.

Return & Refund Policy

“I decided I don’t want what I ordered.” or “I ordered the wrong part.”

If you made a mistake in your selection, or you decided you don’t need what you have ordered, we will gladly accept a return of the parts. Parts must be in unopened, undamaged packaging and returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. You are asked to pay the return shipping on the parts.

“I received the wrong part.” or “My parts were damaged when I received them”.

If you received something other than what you ordered, or the parts you ordered were damaged when you received them, we will make it right at no cost to you. We will pay for return shipping and gladly send you the correct parts when we verify that you have shipped the wrong/damaged parts back to us. We may ask for proof in the form of photo(s) of the damaged parts.

Many of our parts are covered by limited manufacturer warranties. We handle returns of manufacturer-defected items. You are responsible for the return shipping.

Shipping Policy

“How quickly will my order be shipped out?”

The office that handles web sales is open Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be handled in the order in which they occurred as soon as the office reopens.

“How fast should I expect delivery?”

In-stock items ship the day the order is processed by the office. We use whichever US shipping service can provide the best solution at the time. Typical delivery times are 2-7 business days, although this time can vary depending on your location, weather conditions, national holidays, etc. We will always provide you tracking information on your package as soon as possible.

Parts that are out-of-stock may be drop-shipped from our supplier. Our suppliers are located all across the US and therefore shipping times vary greatly. As soon as we are provided with tracking information, we will forward those details to you.

Remember that many shipping companies do not run on Sundays and national holidays, so please allow extra time for deliveries if you order near those days.

“Do you ship internationally?”

Presently, we are only shipping to customers in the United States, including Puerto Rico. We will soon be looking into serving Canada and Mexico as well.
